Typographical Errors
In the event that a vedicmix.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, vedicmix.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. vedicmix.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, vedicmix.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by vedicmix.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Returns and Exchanges
Purchases made online may be returned or exchanged by mail following the instructions listed below and on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Vedic Mix will accept your return or exchange of unused, sealed, unaltered products within 7 buinsess days of the original purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your return credit and up to 4 weeks to receive your exchange.  A Return Shipping and 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund or charged to the credit card and/or paypal account on file.

Please note, the exchange process is executed in two steps:

• First, your return is accepted and refunded to your credit card. You will receive an Exchange Confirmation email when we receive the item(s).
• Next, a new order is placed for your exchange item(s) and charged to your credit card on file (with any discounts or promotions from your initial order remaining intact). You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your new item(s) is on its way. Unfortunately, item availability cannot be guaranteed.
• A Return/Exchange Shipping and 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your Exchange or charged to the credit card and/or Paypal account on file.

Packages must be returned pre-paid using an insured shipping method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of a large number of items (as determined at our discretion), and the credit of like manner of purchase or merchandise credit for such items, even if returned within 7 business days.

Used or packages with broken seals are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift wrap charges and any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Vedic Mix reserves the right to change this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time.

Products received will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping of Backordered Items

Most of our products is shipped directly from available stock. We have relatively very few backordered
items. But if any product you order is backordered, we will send the estimated ship date to you by email.
If you do nothing, the rest of your order will ship normally without the backordered product. When the
backordered product becomes available, we will ship it to you separately, without any additional shipping
cost to you. If you request that we cancel your backordered product, you will receive a full refund for that
product. If you are located outside the United States, we will send all available order items to you, cancel
all back order items, and give you a full refund for the cancelled items.

Address Accuracy

If you do not enter your address correctly, your package may be returned to us as undeliverable. You
would then have to place a new order and pay for shipping again. Save time and avoid frustration by
entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors.

Refund Policy

Opened merchandise is not returnable under any circumstance. Unopened items may be returned
for store credit, less shipping within 10 days after receipt of your order. Please contact us for a return
authorization RMA number prior to sending back any items. For lost or damaged orders, please contact
us within 10 days of your order shipping date. Return shipping is at customer expense.
