What is Proovedix Yeast Protein?
A vegan protein made from yeast. The yeast is grown, harvested and dried into a fine powder, then flavoured in Royal Kesar Badam, Classic Cold Coffee or Rich Double Chocolate. Each 1kg tub gives 27 servings.
How much protein is in a serve, and is there added sugar?
One 37g serve gives about 26g of protein (70.85 to 71.15g per 100g in FARE Labs tests). Added sugar was not detected in any flavour, and total sugars are under 1g per 100g.
How do I use it?
Mix one serve (37g) with 200 to 250 ml of cold water, milk or plant milk and shake or blend until smooth. Have it at breakfast, between meals or after exercise, or stir it into oats and smoothies.
